Surviving is one brother, Miles Dibble of Sylvan Beach.Nancy L. Kelly was employed at the former Hotel Utica, Hotel Hamilton and Brasielle’s Restaurant of Utica. Kelly was educated in Utica schools and had resided in Sylvan Beach for the past 30 years.
